EVENT DETAILS & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Location: Josie’s Hideout Saloon, 27413 CA-76, Santa Ysabel, CA 92070

Food: Dinner will be provided each night in a family style/group setting. Grab and go breakfast will be available Saturday and Sunday morning.

Cabins: Cabins are available to rent and have set capacities that will be monitored. Each cabin is priced according to capacity available and the corresponding number of tickets is included in the price. Each cabin description includes the capacity, sleeping arrangements and number of tickets include. The cabin can only be reserved under one name and that person is responsible for distributing the remaining tickets purchased with cabin. Names will need to be provided prior to check in if the group is not arriving together.

Tent Camping: Tent camping is available and space is first come first serve. The food/water/entertainment included in the cabin pricing is the same for tent camping.

Water: Water will be available for purchase at the bar during the day.

Showers for Tent Camping: There are two very primitive showers available that do not have water heaters, but its better than nothing.

Cell Phone Service: It can be spotty in this area from the surrounding mountains and hills.

FAQ

Do passengers also need a ticket? YES!

Can I get a refund? Tickets are not refundable but they can be transferred. All transfer requests will need to be submitted before April 12th at Midnight. We have paid to rent out the entire camping and cabin area and will have to pay for it regardless. If you can’t make it, transfer the ticket to a friend.

Can I buy and admission ticket at the gate? No, you must buy a ticket prior to the event online.  

I am only coming for 1 night; do I get a discount? What if I am staying somewhere else? Can I come and go? The tickets are for the full weekend. If you would like to be able to access the camping/cabin area and hang out with your friends, you must buy a ticket, Keep in mind that all entertainment and food is included in the ticket price.

Do I get a specific camping spot assigned to me? All tent camping spots are first come, first serve.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Must be 21+ to attend and have valid ID to drink, the bar will be checking.
